REV Athletics was established in 2018, with the initial desire to help people move better and feel better.

Over the years we’ve expanded on that desire, to not only help people move better, but to help people feel more connected with their bodies, and to LEARN the type of training and habits that TRULY improve their lifestyles.

The truth is…

There are a lot of ways people try to go about getting to their goals, and some of those ways can help you further your progress. But, until you look at the FULL picture,

YOU TRULY CANNOT OPTIMIZE YOUR TRAINING TO ITS FULLEST POTENTIAL!

Our methodology isn’t solely to increase your lifts, or to help you lose body fat. Those are just some of the results you’ll get!

OUR GOAL IS TO:

  • HELP you learn how to move your body better and strengthen the areas that need support to OPTIMIZE your FUNCTIONALITY

  • IMPROVE your bodies response system to your training and nutrition. This means no more worries about stubborn weight loss or hitting plateaus that you are stuck at for months.

  • EDUCATE you on what your body responds best to, and how to connect deeply to the movements you are working. The mind-muscle connection IS REAL, and is the difference between minor growth and SUBSTANTIAL PROGRESS.

There’s so much misinformation out there, and OUR goal is to clear through the BS, and make YOUR progress as straight forward as possible. It shouldn’t be a guessing game. It’s a science. And your results are the data!

“As an athlete myself, I know what it means to work your body and train with a purpose. But after healing from auto-immune diseases, struggling with pain and injuries, and chronically feeling like my body was crashing, I had to learn what it meant to listen to my body, give it the nutrition it required to TRAIN like I wanted to, and the importance of training the movements that I avoided in order to TRULY BE ABLE TO MOVE LIKE AN ATHLETE again.
